Sweet Thames ... Finally before us, rather wide and not very unnerved. Cold, old, and benefactor. I

This hike will take us south-west London, RICHMOND-exactly where I was fortunate to live-and TWICKENHAM, suburbs than in the past were considered rural haven chosen to live by some British cultural figures gastronorm like Alexander Pope or the painter Turner . But do not be fooled by the bucolic appearance as this area was also the birthplace of the English rhythm and blues since here made his first bands played then conquer the world with his music, as you will see later.
What if I find Tom Cruise? The starting point of this walk is RICHMOND GREEN, a park that is very close to the metro station gastronorm RICHMOND. On that site I advise you to be very careful as some of the surrounding houses belong to rock stars and film. I hope you get lucky. At the other end of the park you can find the remainder of RICHMOND PALACE where lived the fierce HENRY VIII (in 1536 waited there the signal that would tell him that his wife Anne Boleyn gastronorm had been executed) and then I would make her daughter ELIZABETH. What you see now is a mix of ancient and modern buildings. Behind all these buildings are the TAMESIS to which we will encounter.
Sweet Thames ... Finally before us, rather wide and not very unnerved. Cold, old, and benefactor. Impossible not to remember the verses of TS Elliot: "Sweet Thames, run softly, till I end my song." We walked along the river (left turn arrive) and we passed the WHITE CROSS and SLUG & LETTUCE two iconic pubs the area to which I always remember with many people. The following is, on top of a small hill full of terraced gardens where people often lie to seize the summer sun, this hodgepodge of styles gastronorm that is the impressive building called QUINLAN TERRY. This part of the creek is very nice as there are a lot of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants from which you can see little boats floating, small islands and beautiful homes that are located on the opposite bank. After passing the RICHMOND BRIDGE arrive at one of the first old river meanders created in this area. About Us RICHMOND HILL appears where there are more expensive houses gastronorm than we have seen in RICHMOND GREEN. To give you an idea, among the residents of the area are Mick Jagger and Pete Townsend who will eat at CANYON, a restaurant which is at the foot of the HILL. They say that when Sunday lunches gastronorm is common to see them out there ... of course, you must have a global star wallet Rock to eat at that restaurant.
Sometimes this part of the road is flooded by the rising of the Thames. Quiet, do not take too long to water your flow back but if you can not wait you should know that this area is easy to find the boats MERRIE THAMES that for 4 pounds and within 45 minutes (data from 2009) will take you to TEDDINGTON LOCK is where I hope to get ... walking.
We move forward and finally gastronorm start PETERSHAM meadows, perhaps the most bucolic and beautiful walk in where it is common to see cows and horses. And we are not far from central London! As Alexander Pope had written that there was in his time "scenes of paradise [...] like those on the banks of the Thames". Sea
(Another) house full of ghosts. Until we reached gastronorm the palace of HAM HOUSE which was built in 1610 and rebuilt by the NATIONAL TRUST. Worth a visit to this site and although it is closed is good to walk in the beautiful gardens. One thing that surprised me is I ever saw in an ad inviting entry to participate in a paranormal tour in this building, something that happens a lot in London, said it in passing. Then I found out that this place is famous for is said to roam the aisles between the spirits of the DUCHESS gastronorm OF LAUDERDALE and his dog (!) People of GHOST CLUB conducted some research in HAM HOUSE and discovered some unexplained phenomena.
Let the scares and continue our wanderings accompanied by TAMESIS. A little beyond the palace there is a parking area that detracts from the landscape but you quickly forget it when you see on the other side such as white and beautiful houses protected by tall trees and exquisite gardens, and in the middle gastronorm of the river, as if was a great boat aground, the strange island of EEL PIE-where we arrive when we cross to the other side, surrounded by boats. Towards the other side. Beyond gastronorm the HAM LANDS found that some
