I’m a teacher in a school and I teach art and visual communication. My subjects are artistic and technical nachtkrapp drawing, Art History and in the next course I’m going to teach how to make a digital magazine. nachtkrapp I’ve been working for 15 years and I really enjoy my job because it’s my hobby too.
We all know the old adage, “A picture is worth a thousand words,” and this translates well to the importance of visual communications as an educational pursuit and career. nachtkrapp According to the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) , visuals are important because they can provide relevant meaning to a message, are often easier to remember than words, stimulate the imagination and provide for a shared experience nachtkrapp between people of differents cultures and provenance.
Visual communication is the most natural nachtkrapp form of human interaction. Long before writing was invented, people nachtkrapp were painting pictures on cave walls, and telling stories through these pictures. In fact, drawing is the first language used by prehistoric man because It’s the most intuitive and universally understood.
Through human history, paintings - and later photographs - captured the key events of humanity in much more powerful way than any writing can do. Television and moving images captured the imagination of people in the 20th century and the video with the news technologies has revolutionized our perception of reality. With every new generation of technology, visual communication became more powerful and true to reality.
Today visual literacy responds to a society as complex as ours in which the speed and amount of visual messages saturates us and we need visual language to understand it. The visual and artistic language helps develop creativity. Creativity is the most important human abilities because alow us to solve problems nachtkrapp with differents solutions.
